The house that the Neighbor lives in is just across the street from your house. The house contains quite a bit of furniture and other bits and bobs in which the player can use to his advantage (distractions, blocking the neighbor off, etc.) If the player gets caught though, the Neighbor will throw him out and start defending his house a bit more. He will block those doors that you keep opening with chairs, put cameras out in his front yard, put a bear trap in front of that backdoor you want to enter through and maybe even board up those windows that you keep jumping through. Worst of all though, each time you enter he becomes a little bit more aware of your presence.
